Our site provides a portal log for you. Under the menu My Health Log, there are 5 sub menu items to deal with different needs. From today on, I will describe each submenu item in a series of blogs.
The first submenu item is BMI calculation log which has its own submenu items: two for adults and two for children. As we aim to let different countries’ people use the site, we think it is better have a different systems which will be convenient to them. People being used to metric system often are confused with English system. Two systems could relieve their burden to do any conversion.
Here we go through the BMI adult entry form in English system. The adult entry form lets you log height, weight, and weight status and note. The system will calculate BMI data and record entry date.
After you update the data, you will be back the log list. You could find the snapshot in FAQ.
The kid log is pretty much the same as that of adult except that it requires the age and percentile data. We did not require sex data as a user should know it.
All the logs require registration and login. You do not necessarily register with your real names and address as long as you can remember your user name and password.
After a period of time, you will find that logging your weight will really help you monitor your body weight as any changes will
